Overview
The Sony BRAVIA 8 II (XR80M2) is Sony's 2025 flagship OLED TV, succeeding the acclaimed A95L with a newer-generation QD-OLED panel that pairs self-lit pixels with a Quantum Dot layer for pure blacks alongside noticeably higher brightness and colour volume.
Acoustic Surface Audio+ turns the screen itself into the speaker, with Dolby Atmos support and Acoustic Centre Sync compatibility for pairing with a Sony soundbar or AV receiver.
It runs Google TV with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa compatibility, Apple AirPlay 2 and Apple HomeKit, and PS5-specific gaming features across its HDMI 2.1 inputs. At launch it's available in 55" and 65" sizes.
