Kanto ORA 100W Powered Reference Desktop Computer Speakers
Overview
Most computer speakers force a choice between convenience and actually sounding good. Kanto built the ORA around closing that gap, for anyone working, gaming, or listening at a desk who wants real sound without setting up a full stereo system.
The ORA is a bi-amplified 2-way desktop speaker pair, pairing ¾-inch silk dome tweeters with 3-inch paper cone woofers, each driven by its own dedicated Class D amplifier — 9 watts RMS to the tweeter and 16 watts RMS to the woofer, for 50 watts RMS total (100 watts peak) across the pair. A USB-C input handles high-resolution audio up to 24-bit/96kHz straight from a PC or Mac, while RCA and Bluetooth 5.0 cover analog gear and wireless devices.
An automatic crossover hands bass below 100Hz off to a connected subwoofer, and a rear ¼"-20 threaded mount lets the ORA sit on standard speaker stands instead of flat on a desk. At under 4 inches wide per speaker, the pair tucks easily on either side of a monitor without crowding the workspace.

Because the ORA's crossover automatically redirects bass to a subwoofer the moment one's connected, we often recommend adding a Kanto Sub6 to round out the low end on a desktop setup — the ORA's 3-inch woofers handle mids and upper bass well on their own, but a dedicated sub takes real pressure off them at higher volumes.
