I was really fed up with using a USB-C to 3.5mm connecter to link my cabled Sennheiser Headphones to my Samsung S20 Ultra phone and the USB constantly failing to connect.Now I have a much improved Sound Quality and Volume to listen to compared to the S20 Ultras performance, and it's Bluetooth so I'm not causing any more damage to the USB charge Socket and I'm not always inadvertently opening up the Assistant App.

I love this thing, I originally bought it for using my headphones with the TV or when away from my computer. I never expected to use this as much as I do, for example walking around the house with my headphones on.An awesome feature is playback through USB C without connecting Bluetooth. This makes it work like a mini portable DAC for almost any device, for example plugging it into my work computer and using my HiFi headphones.I got a great deal on this open box, but I’d rebuy it even new at the normal price after having used it so much.

This tiny package improves the headphone sound from my iPhone whether connected directly or via Bluetooth.

Use this daily. Sounds great, battery life good considering how small it is. Very happy with it.If I had to be picky, bluetooth range isn't great. And the battery level reporting on my phone is erratic at best.
