Overview
Smooth highs, a clear midrange and bass with real weight do not have to come from a large speaker, and the DALI OPTICON 6 MK2 is a slim floorstander that delivers all three.
The DALI OPTICON 6 MK2 is the entry point in the OPTICON MK2 series for DALI's hybrid tweeter, which pairs a 29mm soft dome with a 17 x 45mm planar element. Two 6½-inch paper pulp and wood fibre woofers sit below it in a slim floorstanding cabinet that DALI hand-assembles in Denmark.
Frequency range is 49Hz to 30kHz (±3dB), sensitivity is 88dB, and maximum SPL is 110dB at 1m. DALI says the internal volume significantly extends low-frequency response and bass level.
