Overview

Sometimes one RCA signal needs to go to two places, such as a single subwoofer output feeding two subwoofers, or one source feeding two inputs. The AudioQuest FLX-X M22F RCA Splitter is a short Y splitter that turns 1 x Male RCA into 2 x Female RCA, so you can do that without adding a separate distribution box.

AudioQuest describes it as a way to expand a signal's output to additional products or channels when necessary. Plug the male end into a component's RCA jack, then connect two RCA cables to the female sockets to send that signal to two destinations.

The conductors are solid Long-Grain Copper (LGC), and the splitter has a silver and white braided jacket about 15 cm (6 in.) long, flexible enough to route behind a rack or component.
