We used this as a stereo replacement in a small condo, and had the optical in from TV plus a turnatable. Gaming system hook up to tv via hdmi, and the sound that blasts out of these is incredible.Plus you and friends can stream from whosever playlist is hottest via Bluetooth.Perfect? As compared to separates, no. But the drivers on this compensate for the kinda tight Class D amp (but it goes loud, and does not burn), makes for an awesome, compact great music system.
