I replaced my old speakers which had a subwoofer with these new Kanto ORAs as I needed a higher quality speaker to better adjust voices in Premiere Pro, especially now that Premiere Pro has AI speech enhancement. My old speakers were too flat, and I required more dynamic range to get a true representation of voices with AI speech enhancement enabled. They call these “Reference” speakers, and they truly are for my application. I haven't purchased a subwoofer yet as I thought I'd see how they perform first, but after listening to music on Spotify, I decided that their bass is good enough that I don't require a subwoofer. For those with a sit down to stand up desk, the power adapter cable is five feet long. That is long enough for the power adapter to sit on the floor and the desk to rise to a high height without extending the adapter cable to its maximum length. My only gripe is that given the high price, you need to provide your own USB cable.

These are super tiny, and light as feathers. The cabinets are made of thin plastic that vibrates. They look and feel like they should cost $200, but you can't complain. They sound clear and bright and they play loud. They don't need a subwoofer. It would be nice if they had the tilt bases built-in. You'll need them. Anyway good job Kanto.

First time buying a Kanto product and I’m beyond thrilled!! These speakers are incredible. I also picked up the sub8 to go with them and they sound AMAZING.The only downside is that you have connect Bluetooth individually when switching from devices. Plus music cuts out when you get a call or you start watching something on your device. I guess that’s the downside of them not being wireless like my last speared JBL Creature

People may be tempted to write these sound incredible *for their size* and that's true, but that may short-change just how good they actually sound. The bass is great and well balanced, and the package is very compact and fits under my monitors at the monitors' natural height. I purchased the Sub8 to go with them and before installing the Sub I'm tempted to return it because, for my office setting, these really don't need any extra bass. Kanto hit a home run here.

For an expensive little speaker I think they should include their own usb c cable. With that said, these are nice speakers that does not take that much space. I'm pretty satisfied but also feel a little bit ripped off. 😄
