Frequency range is 29Hz to 34kHz (±3dB), sensitivity is 89dB, and maximum SPL is 116dB at 1m.

Simcoe Audio Video Insight

A speaker with four 8-inch woofers and a 4Ω nominal impedance deserves a properly matched amplifier and a room that gives it space to work. DALI recommends 40W to 1,000W, which covers a wide range of amplifiers, and we are glad to talk through amplification, placement and room setup before you decide.

More Info

Why the DALI EPIKORE 11 Stands Out

EVO-K Hybrid Tweeter

Developed for the DALI KORE, this module combines a large in-house soft dome with a wide-dispersion planar magnetostatic element, driven by neodymium magnet motor systems for clear high frequencies at any volume.

Four 8-Inch Bass Drivers

Four powerful 8-inch woofers with low-loss technology give the EPIKORE 11 what DALI describes as effortless, explosive dynamic response.

Perfected EPIKORE Midrange

A 6½-inch driver with an SMC Gen-2 magnet system and a Clarity Cone paper and wood fibre diaphragm, evolved from the EPICON 8 midrange for even lower distortion and mechanical loss.

SMC Gen-2 Magnet Technology

DALI's latest-generation patented magnet material, introduced in the KORE, is used in the bass and midrange drivers and in the crossover inductor cores to keep loss and distortion low.

Paper and Wood Fibre Cones

DALI's signature cone material reduces weight and adds stiffness to promote non-resonant break-up behaviour and preserve fine musical detail.

Inert, Curved Real Wood Cabinet

A solid, stiff enclosure with laminated real wood veneer and piano-finish lacquer creates a low-resonance environment for the drivers.

Developed and Built in Denmark

Designed, developed and built by DALI in Denmark as part of a four-decade tradition of high-end loudspeaker design.

Buyer's Guide

Who It's For

The Serious Two-Channel Listener: wants flagship-level DALI technology in a large floorstanding speaker for a dedicated listening room.

The Large-Room Owner: has the space for a 4½-way tower with four 8-inch woofers.

The High-End Amplifier Owner: runs quality amplification anywhere from 40W to 1,000W and wants speakers that can use it.

How It Compares

Within the EPIKORE range, DALI positions the EPIKORE 9 as a 4-way floorstander for large listening spaces and the EPIKORE 7 as a 3½-way compact floorstander for medium to large rooms.
