JBL L82 Classic Compact 8 pouces, haut-parleur d'étagère 2 voies

JBL L82 Classic Compact 8 pouces, haut-parleur d'étagère 2 voies FAQs

What type of amplifier is recommended for the JBL L82 Classic speakers?

The JBL L82 Classic speakers are compatible with amplifiers rated between 25 to 150 watts per channel. Ensure the amplifier can handle an 8-ohm load to achieve optimal performance.

Can the JBL L82 Classic speakers be bi-wired or bi-amped?

No. The JBL L82 Classic (the original model we carry) uses a single set of five-way gold-plated binding posts and is not bi-wire or bi-amp capable. Bi-wire and bi-amp support with a dual-post terminal cup was introduced later on the L82 Classic MkII, which is a separate, newer model.

Is there a way to adjust the high-frequency output on the JBL L82 Classic speakers?

Yes, the JBL L82 Classic speakers feature a high-frequency level control dial located on the front panel. This allows users to fine-tune the tweeter's output to match their listening preferences and room acoustics.

Do the JBL L82 Classic speakers come with removable grilles?

Yes, the JBL L82 Classic speakers are supplied with Quadrex foam grilles that are removable. These grilles not only protect the drivers but also contribute to the speakers' retro aesthetic.
