Breathed new life into my old Acoustic Energy speakers. Coupled with a good streaming service like Qobuz or Tidal the Node sounds superb. Detailed and spacious especially with vocals, acoustic guitar and drums.

This small Streamer/DAC/amplifier combo is a good choice for speakers under $1500. If you have a better speaker, you probably need a good dedicated amplifier so skip this one. Class D amplifier sound a little loose and bouncy ( dynamic?) for my taste.
