This product has eliminated the hum I was experiencing when my GPU HDMI port was active to my external amplifier when playing games.It's pricey but worth it.
It helped to greatly reduce some GPU hum noise that was coming through my when connected to myComputer PSU, but didnt completely remove it. I do want to get 2 more for each individual studio monitor although the price is extremely offputting.
I've read some negative reviews but I wonder if they had a ground loop problem or something else.The device solved my problem!Sadly, I'll have to return it because the installation won't let me push my amp in far enough to make it a successful installation.I still recommend it and am contacting the seller to see if the offer a model that plugs directly into the wall jack.
It has zero effect for reducing the hum noise of my Rel T5x subwoofer. Maybe the hum is not cuased by ground loop who knows?I just put it on power conditioner for fun, and surprisingly found it improved sound quality. The sound is cleaner, more focused, and I don't see any negative effects. So it's a keeper.
