Overview
A home theatre only sounds as good as the receiver driving it, and stepping up to Yamaha's flagship AVENTAGE line is where that difference becomes obvious. The RX-A2A brings genuine reference-level engineering to a 7.2-channel system.
The RX-A2A is a 7.2-channel AV receiver rated at 100W per channel (8 ohms, 20Hz-20kHz, two channels driven), with full decoding for Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and Dolby Atmos Height Virtualization for systems without in-ceiling or upward-firing speakers. Yamaha's Cinema DSP 3D processing recreates the acoustics of real concert halls and cinemas, and a High Slew Rate Amplifier circuit is tuned for precise, high-resolution signal transmission.
Video passes through 7 HDMI inputs and 1 output at up to 4K120 and 8K60, with HDR10+, Dolby Vision, eARC, and support for ALLM and VRR for gaming. YPAO automatic room calibration with R.S.C. and multipoint measurement tunes the system to your room, and MusicCast, Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2, and Bluetooth round out streaming. A dedicated phono input and Zone 2 output add further flexibility.
