The Pro-Ject Pre Box DS2 Analogue is a compact stereo line preamplifier that lets you connect multiple sources and control volume before sending a clean signal to a power amplifier, active speakers, or a headphone amp (via fixed out). It offers five RCA line inputs, a variable RCA pre-out for volume control, a fixed RCA output for recording or constant-level devices, and a dedicated mono subwoofer output. The design uses an ultra-linear circuit with a coupling-capacitor-free signal path and very low noise, plus 12V trigger in/out so it can switch compatible gear on and off. An IR remote is included for everyday control.
