Small rooms and desktop systems often lose the bottom end of music, movies, and games simply because there's no floor space for a full-size subwoofer. Kanto built the Sub6 to close that gap without asking you to give up desk or floor space to do it.

The Sub6 is a sealed powered subwoofer built around a 6-inch paper cone woofer and a Class D amplifier rated at 100 watts RMS (200 watts peak). Its sealed cabinet keeps the woofer's motion tightly controlled, so bass notes start and stop cleanly instead of trailing into the boomy decay that's common with cheaper ported subs this size.

Around back, an adjustable low-pass filter and a phase control switch let you dial the Sub6 into whatever speakers it's paired with, while a single RCA L/R line-level input keeps hookup simple. A switchable auto-standby mode powers the unit down when there's no signal and wakes it the moment audio resumes, so it isn't drawing power sitting idle.
