Overview
The Anthem STR Integrated Amplifier combines a full preamplifier, high-current power amplifier, and reference-grade DAC in one Canadian-made chassis, delivering 200 watts per channel into 8 ohms, 400 watts into 4 ohms, and 550 watts into 2 ohms. A front-panel Thin-Film Transistor display puts full system status and control at your fingertips, giving you separates-level performance without a rack full of components.
Built-in Anthem Room Correction (ARC Genesis) measures your room with the included calibrated microphone and tripod, then corrects the acoustic issues that flatten bass and blur imaging without touching the natural voice of your speakers. Independent bass management for up to two subwoofers gives you precise control over low-frequency blending, whether you're running one sub or two.
Two dedicated phono stages, one for moving magnet and one for moving coil cartridges, sit alongside a full set of digital inputs that upsample lower-resolution material to 24-bit/192kHz, while the asynchronous USB input decodes native DSD and 32-bit/384kHz PCM straight from a network streamer or computer.
