Overview
The DALI SONIK ON-WALL is a slim, two-way on-wall speaker that delivers room-filling stereo or surround sound without taking up any floor or shelf space. It pairs a 29mm soft dome tweeter with a 5¼-inch wood fibre woofer, and it can be mounted vertically or horizontally to suit the room.
Its key feature is a rear-facing reflex port that vents downward, using the wall surface as part of the tuning. DALI says this extends the bass remarkably, giving deep, controlled low frequencies from a slim cabinet. Its bass and midrange drivers use DALI's Clarity Cone, a paper and wood fibre cone inspired by the company's flagship KORE technology, which DALI says gives lightweight rigidity, superior resonance control, and a more realistic, uncoloured upper midrange. Behind the cone, DALI's patented SMC Essential Magnet System surrounds a hybrid iron-SMC pole piece with a ferrite ring, placing SMC material directly in the voice coil's working zone. DALI says this minimises hysteresis and eddy currents for a cleaner, more detailed, and more relaxed midrange.
SONIK ON-WALL covers 55Hz to 26kHz (±3dB) with 87dB sensitivity, a 6-ohm nominal impedance, and a maximum SPL of 107dB. DALI recommends amplifiers from 25 to 100 watts, and its wide dispersion keeps the sound balanced across the room.

SONIK ON-WALL is the SONIK model for rooms where stands and floorstanders won't work: beside a wall-mounted TV, in a kitchen or dining room, or as surrounds that stay out of the walkway. Because the port uses the wall as part of its tuning, mount it flat against the wall as designed. As surrounds, it pairs naturally with SONIK floorstanders or bookshelf speakers and the SONIK CINEMA centre.
