Overview
The Bowers & Wilkins FS-700 S3 is the dedicated floor stand for the 700 Series stand-mount speakers, sold as a pair. B&W says the 705 S3, 706 S3, and 707 S3 work best when positioned at their ideal listening position and the correct height, and that these stands handle both tasks.
Each column has a subtle curvature to match the front baffle of the 700 Series speakers, with a bright metal detail running up the column. The columns can be filled and mass-loaded, which B&W says adds outstanding stability and quietness; its assembly instructions show dry sand for this.
Cable management is built in, and each speaker model can be securely bolted to the stand's top plate, which B&W says ensures optimum safety.
